Customer satisfaction and providing quality products is paramount. We strive to meet the wishes of our clients and accommodate individual design needs by providing a one-on-one approach when creating custom products.

Orders + Shipping 

Standard orders are processed and shipped between 2-3 business days while custom orders typically process and ship in 2-3 weeks via the method of your choice.

Payment

We accept Paypal for products purchased directly from our shop. For custom projects, we accept

Paypal, Cash, Credit and Money Orders.

Privacy Policy + Security

We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.


GENERAL FAQ

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Ready-made products through our shop are processed within 24 hours and are ready for shipping within 3-5 business days.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and provide delivery confirmation with all of our shipments. If you need your product faster, please contact us at orders@llorentedesign.com.

Does your shop ship internationally? 

Yes we absolutely do!

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! If you are interested in working with us on a custom project please contact us at info@llorentedesign.com. For more information on custom work, please visit Our Services.  

How long does a custom piece usually take? 

The time it takes to create custom pieces all depends on the type and size of project. Custom projects can take anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks, but can be shorter or longer depending on your needs. Additional time is required for printing and assembly of pieces. If you have a certain deadline in mind, we’ll work with you to meet your needs, but as a general rule, 24 hours advance notice will be required on most designs.

Can I recieve my custom order in an email instead of snail mail? 

Custom pieces can be emailed as printer-ready pdf's so that you may print from home or take to the printer of your choice.

How much does a custom project cost?

Prices vary depending on the size and type of project. Contact us for a quote.

PARTY KITS FAQ

How does this work?

Select your favorite party kit. When you go to your shopping cart click on ‘Add a note for the seller’ and include your email address.  After you have made your purchase wait patiently, you will be emailed a pdf packet of the party kit you purchased within 24 hours.

Now what?
Now you can print as many items as you need of each item in the party kit.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?
 

We are proud of what we do. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product for any reason within our control, please contact us immediately. Products in our shop can be returned for any reason in its original, unused condition, so long as it is returned 7 days from the date you received it. 

Please note that design services and custom projects are final sale and not available for return.
